    Shop On State is a non-profit thrift store. Items for sale are donated by the public, sold, and the proceeds go back to other nonprofits in Mitchell County. In 2022, Shop on State awarded $98,211.52 to other non-profits in the county. The Shop advertises some of their bigger items on their Facebook page. Shop on State is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-5 for shopping and receives donations until 4 pm. They are also open the 1st Saturday of the month from 10-4 for shopping, donations until 3 pm.
