The Elma Bus offers a versatile solution for various occasions, whether it's your wedding party in one of our spacious Big Buses or shuttling your guests to the reception venue in our intimate Small Bus. From serene church retreats to lively family day trips with your grandkids, or even coordinating group travel for a relative's wedding or funeral, we've got you covered. Our services extend to corporate event training sessions and adding flair to birthday parties en route to concerts.

Here's a glimpse of our fleet:

Small Bus - Holds 15 adults: 6 buckets seats in the front with a table, 6 bench seats with circle seating in the back

Medium Bus - Holds 25 adults: 4 bench seats in the front with a table, 6 bench seats with circle seating in the center, 3 bench seats in the back, 10 feet open space with a counter that can be set up or folded down in the back for plenty of space for people and stuff.

Large Bus - Holds 30 adults: 16 bench seats down each side of the bus facing the center.

X-Large Bus - Holds 35 adults: 3 bench seats in the front with a table and counter, 8 bench seats with circle seating in the center, 7 bench seats with circle seating in the back

All Buses:

• CDL driver and commercial insurance coverage - your safety is our first concern
• large speaker to hook up your bluetooth and play your favorite tunes
• large cooler is available to fill with your favorite beverage, don't forget the ice
• several garbage cans  - we pride ourselves on a clean bus
• supply kits - forgot something or not feeling well, let us know

FEES FOR OUR BUS RUNS:
$250/$350 for the bus + $40 an hour for our time + the cost of the fuel
Discounts are given to schools, churches, and large blocks of downtime.

TO BOOK YOUR EVENT: 
A first payment of $200 will block out your event in our calendar. This payment will be a credit on your invoice.
Invoices are created and sent after your event once we know the cost for fuel and actual time of the event.
Calculations for time and miles start and stop in Osage, the time for fueling and cleaning will also be included.
