Description
Little Cedar Beef produces Red Angus and Tarentaise breeding stock, selected for maternal traits, tested for feed efficiency and carcass merit. In 2004, Phil Anderson purchased his first Tarentaise cattle and the herd has grown a lot since then. In 2013 Red Angus cattle were added to the farm. Tarentaise cattle have a reputation for fertility, longevity, sound feet and legs, and a functional udder. Calf care is a maternal behavior evaluated in our herd. Since 2016 we have been collecting individual feed efficiency, carcass data, and pelvic measurements on our bulls.
We sell quality breeding stock that will add quality, longevity, maternal instinct, and feed efficiency, among other things, to your herd. Call and let us find the perfect bull or heifer to add to your herd.
